Closing Thoughts

So now you know the main features of the eBird app!

While making checklists and the explore tab are the main features you will use, dont forget to explore the other elements of the eBird mobile app.

On the checklist tab, you can see all of the checklists you have submitted and those you haven’t submitted yet. From this, when you acess a checklist, you are able to edit these lists to add or remove species, etc.

On the my eBird tab, you can view the nuber of species you have seen in each county, state, or country. Each of these are sorted by year as well. By clicking on the species number at the top of the screen, or species for the current year, you are able to view a list of the exact species you observed!

eBird is truly an amaing tool, with so many features. And these are just for the app! Soon we will go over the many additional features you have access to when you use the website version!
